Any claims raised by our buyers on stock shortages or damaged good will be required to provide photos and videos as proof from the moment you receive your delivery. For videos please unbox one by one, taking the items out of the box, and counted by your employees as one complete video. We have a zero tolerance policy on false claims on stock shortages & damaged stock. Thank you for understanding.
